Of this number over 5400 were of the elementary grades and 3300 of the high schools. , Though widely- - separated by years, the 1952-5- 3 school year was of special significance to two groups. Superintendent D. R. Mitchell reports the kindergarten enrollment next year should be about the same as this past year. Enrollments In the high schools will be higher. In American Fork 141 students completing the sixth grade this year will enter Junior high. In this school 100 graduated, making. an anticipated gain of 41. Pleasant Grove had 125 students of the Sixth grade who will enter high school, and 96 graduated, making a gain of 29 for the coming year.
