The Jail sentence was suspended on the condition that his place of business be closed for 30 days and that Mr. Park not be al lowed the privilege of applying for license for business for the period of one year. Mr. Park, who was operating Under a confectioner'! license was charged with "permitting intoxicating liquor at a dance which was! under the supervision of the defendant" and illegal sale of Jlquor. These charges were made for two separate occasions the evening of May 1, 1953 and again on May .4, 1953.
