The manuals, all with permanent t'hrarr bindines. will be at the li brary and may be taken out by scouts on library caros. Several years ago the Kiwanis Club purchased the regular paper bound manuals, but librarians aoea out. since reported they were worn as any set they were used ss much of books in the library.
