For $4, it comes in a large bowl covered in condensed milk, syrup and fresh fruit. It tastes far better than any slushy beverage you can find on a street corner. Cooking Taste Right serves a selection of Chinese and faMongolian dishes,-som- e miliar and some less so. We liked the Mongolian Huushuur, name X ' I 4' 3? 'W-ii.-)- v , V ' which is a meat and vegetable wrapped in a pastrxand fried. We also liked the "Chinese1 influenced Sacha Chicken, served on rice. Given the choice between soup salad, we'll take salad most of the time anyway, but summer heat makes the cool leafy greens even more desirable than usual. There's something about a salad that sits just right during the warmer months. You could visit someplace with a salad bar and load your plate with exactly what you want, but we've found a few excellent salads hiding on menus at pizzerias. Don't ask us why, but apparently making good pizzas and good salads go hand in hand. The Bowtie Chicken Caesar Salad is a favorite, but the real standout is the Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad. The dressing is made with real raspberries and goes extremely well with the fresh kiwi, pears and mandarin oranges in the salad. It's a nice mix of sweet and tangy. Nicolitalia Pizzeria 2296 N. Thai House is actually in a house, a large one on Lehi's Main Street, which adds to its charm. It's fun to dine in a quiet room with only a few other tables. . For a Southern flavor, try the Chipotle Chicken salad. For an Italian twist, try the Tuscany Inn Chicken salad. 8 favorably with our favorite Thai restaurants, especially the Mussaman Curry and the Pad Thai. But watch out for the spice level: we ordered medium and it was plenty hot.
