Free physical exams will be provided for those with a health concern or those who have not had a recent physical exam. Health screenings offered will include blood glucose, blood pressure, hematocrit levels, heightweightBMI, dental and vision. Fluoride varnishing and fluoride prescriptions will be given for children. Childhood immunizations will be offered for $5 per shot as well as selected adult immunizations (also for $5 per shot). Information on community resources for medical, dental and mental healthcare will be given to those tyho attend. Spanish interpreters will also be available.
