Show Provo Aerie FOE Gi Mother Award to Mrs. Snow "The first community for the child is his family, and his first link with the world is his mother," said Alfred M. Carter, acting as master oT ceremonies at a program Sunday which paid tribute to the ideals of motherhood and the worth of the home, sponsored by Provo Aerie, Fraternal Order of Eagles, in the Aerie home.
