Joe Ashworth has been named chairman of the home decoration contest for this year and with a committee taken from" the ranks of the junior chamber will encourage all Provoans to take part' in the project this year. "We Ahope that every home in Provo win do some exterior decorating this year, even if it is just a 'window, scene.' .Of course we hope that many people will build roof, lawn, and garden displays to add a festive look to Provo's Christmas season," Mr. Ashworth said. The Provo Junior Chamber of Commerce began Sponsoring the residential Christmas display contest shortly after World War n, but dropped it two years ago. They will renew itl this year with new enthusiasm, Mr. Ashworth said. There, wilf be .several categories bft judging of the displays and cash awards will be given the winner. The club will provide information and advice to those who wish it and will also distribute entry blanks.
