Brown, 50year-ol- d killed himself by taking convict, poison last night in the courtroom in which he had just been con victed of murdering his wife by poison. A few minutes after the jury re turned with a. verdict of guilty and recommendation of life imprisonment, Brown turned to the deputy sheriff' guarding hirrv, and asked to be taken to the courtroom drinking fountain.
