Butterfield, Mrs Lester Butterfield, and Mrs Merrill Butterfield. Refreshments were served. Attending PTA parents day at Jordan High last Tuesday were Mrs J. H. Dansie, Mrs Fern Poor, Mrs Ray Bodell, Mrs Harold Swa-seMrs Wayne Butterfield, and Mrs Joe Ernest. Mrs Arthur R. Poor and children are home from Texas with her parents, Mr & Mrs E. Lowell Cook Salt Lake, while Lt. Poor is attending engineering school in Ohio. Mrs Fern Poor entertained at dinner in their honor Sunday. Other guests included Mr & Mrs LeGrand Poor aud baby, and Mr & Mrs Cook, Salt Lake. Ronald Bodell, son of Mr & Mrs Muriel Bodell arrived home last week released from service. Mr & Mrs Spencer Miller entertained at a luncheon last Monday for Mr & Mrs Glen Freeman and ll Lionel Bills of the air force has received his release and arrived home last Wednesday from Mort tana where he has been stationed. Barnes, 23, whose lives on route 1, Sandy recently was graduated from the wheel maintenance course at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. Pvt. Barnes received training in the maintenance of engines, ignition and fuel systems, brakes, and transmissions on trucks, jeeps, and amphibious vehicles.
