The Third grade class at The South Jordan Lions Club South Jordan elementary school had a fund raising drive for a presented a play, "All About Halloween party fund. Cubs Visit Fire Station in Salt Lake On Oct. 18, Cub Scouts of Den 4 made a trip to the Salt Lake City main fire station at 159 East 1st South. The cubs were taken on a guided tour through the new building and the many parts and functions of the fire trucks were explained. In the middle of their tour, a fire alarm came in and the boys saw the fire department - in action.
