Jordan Stake fair will be held at the Draper Park, Aug- - 31 and Sept. 1, starting Friday at ,5 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m. dinners will be served both evenings. Everyone is if o invited to, attend. Outstanding displays will be featured at the fair including missies from nearby airbase facilities. Commercial displays CM O will feature products of nearby business houses and suppliers. A country store will be a main part of the fair with all types of merchandise for sale. Over twenty different activity booths will be underway and a continuous program will be presented through both days Marching bands, specialty acts, drill teams, exhibitions, com petitive sports, childrens races, l movies, will all be enjoyed. Gate prizes will be given through continuous ticket draw ings both days. In addition to the dinners, there will be many types of refreshments avail able. A large bakery goods booth will supply cakes, pics, cookies, home made bread, etc. Home made candy will be offered for sale along with many other) goodies. : Tickets can be purchased at the fair grounds for all activit ties. ' Funds from the entire activity will go towards outfitting the welfare cannery in Murray. ' ' . , gart have returned from Draper Fourth Gains Stake Skill Trophy The Draper Fourth Ward girls soft ball team took the skill trophy for the Mt. Jordan Stake. They also went to the division tournament and won over Midvale 16-- Their coach was Enid Eniss.
