Show STUDY GETS THE GREEN LIGHT TRAFFIC A study of traffic conditions in the Salt Lake Valley iuu been organized, to cover a three year period and cost bout $150,000 a year. No doubt these committees will come up with some interesting facts and recommendations, but will they really tell us anything we don't already know? It's Pretty obvious that the greatest traffic difficulty is keeping traffic moving. The more cars there are, the more they pile up at stoplights, and the slower they move. What is needed is to speed up traffic, yet most of the things thai have been done are designed to slow down traffic.
