He recalled that he advised purchase then of a 15Woot right of way for Foothill Blvd., but the commission could not visua lize need for more than four lanes, and must now purchase additional right of way at prohibi tive prices. Pack Observes 30th Cub Scout Birthday Monday, Feb. 23, the Midvale Fourth Ward Cub Scout Pack 159 held its Blue and Gold banquet observing its 30th birthday. The couts and their families were served a supper at tables decorated with attractive centerpieces. Blue and Gold streamers, minia ture Cub Scouts and napkin rings carried out the color scheme.
