Is the engineering or construction bad? Driving over it, one doesn't think so. Is the stretch inadequately patrolled? Seldom does one make a trip over it without seeing a patrol car. Radar checks have been made repeatedly Is the highway overcrowded? Should it be That hardly seems needed. Is the driving bad? This is a harder question to answer. Perhaps there are other questions, and other answers. Surely, no stretch of highway needs to have as many deaths as the Bingham Highway has had this year. Is 15-mi- le four-laned- ?
