There may be only soreness of the eyes to movement of them, which often accompanies acute inflammation of the optic nerve, but may stem from other less serious coaditions. Eyes that seem to have too little tears and which give distress when first opened in the morning should have attention, as this may be the first indication from a and trying general disease of which the eye trouble is only a small part. An impression of too much secretion of tears may come from partial or complete blocking of the tear duct in one or both eyes. This results in the tears overflowing the lids and running down the face. There are many causes of such a problem. In young children it usually means failure of the lower end of the tear duct to open, and attention should be given to correct it. All of these conditions are curable, but some of them are difficult. The Sunday News, New York City, devoted a long editorial of approval to this idea. It described in detail how the plan works, emphasizing the fact that the investor is not penalized if he decides to stop his participation at any timein that event, he receives the numler of shares he has actually paid for. Then the News made this significant observation: "We hope this plan will meet with every success, and will fpread stock ownership among Americans far more widely than it is spread now. "One reasoir for this hope is that we don't like to see a lot of our fellow citizens missing chances to invest in sound, productive and profitable American industries and businesses. "Another is that we'd like to see the greatest possible number of Americans become vitally interested in maintaining and improving the Capitalist system, and in fighting all persons or groups that want to tear the system down." The more people there are with a stake in our system of doing things, the more secure that system will be. . well-bein- g a ea 1 n e Property Owners Urged to Get Auto Tax Forms and Utah county residents go to the assessor's office.) 2.
