Mr & Mrs IL W. Jorgensen were honored guests. Karen Finlayson was also a guest, being the Lions club queen for the State Fair. Bonnie and Annette Benson took part on the program with Mrs Paul James playing the accompaniment and the dinner dinner music. Wendell Holmes acted as emcee. Thirty-threguests attended. The West Jordan Stake Relief Society Board were entertained at a Christmas dinner Dec. 18, at the home of Mrs Wilford Egbert. Readings were given by Mrs Mary D. Schmidt and Mrs Nellie Butter-fielA poinsetta was presented to each member of the board. The West Jordan First ward Sunday School presented their annual Christmas program Sunday, Dec. 20. Members from the Junior Sunday Schoofrendered two songs after which four readers told the story of Christmas with musical interludes. Nineteen high school students from West Jordan took part in Jordan high school's 11th annual rendition of the Messiah. Six of the students were in the orchestra.
