They will go Friday in time for supper and a campfire program. Saturday morning there will be sunrise services, and during the day there will be hikes, sports and handicrafts. Saturday evening they will be joined by the fathers and sons for supper and a program around the campfire. The affair will be under the direction of the age group counselor, Bertha Hogan; activity counselors Helen Hamilton and Ross Butterfield, and the sum- mer camp sports director, Sevilla Hardy. NEW HOUSING PROJECT A housing project is underway on the old Page property on the street west of Redwood. Two houses are under construction and will be for sale as soon as they are completed. Miss Myrtle Shlpp of Springville Is spending a week with her aunt, Mrs Ethel Sorenson, Mr & Mrs Golden Densley and Mr & Mrs William Hymas of Salt Lake spent a week vacationing at Reno, Lake Tahoe, Carson and Virginia Cities in Nevada. Dexter Page left July 25 for the Army Reserve Training Camp at Fort Lewis, Wash., for two weeks. He was accompanied by Mrs Page and children Steven and Robert. Mr & Mrs Phil Maynard of San Diego and Mrs Violet Maynard Keller and children Peggy Jean, David and Gary from Sparks, Nev., have returned to their homes after spending several weeks with Mrs Henry Maynard and other relatives. The Old Folks Committee, of which Earl Maynard is chairman, entertained at a steak fry in American Fork Canyon, July 30, honoring the retiring bishopric and partners, also the new bishopric and partners. The Relief Society of the Second ward are sponsoring a luncheon Friday, Aug. 7, at 1 p.m. (today), which will be held in the First ward meeting house. Following the luncheon a program will be presented. Proceeds from the luncheon will be used for the welfare assignment.
