An early morning devotional was held prior to classes yesterday (Wednesday) for Granite high seminary students at 6 o'clock in the Millcreek 1st ward building. Virgil Beck, seminary president, conducted the proceedings. Following the devotional, students went to their first period classes at 7:50 a.m. For the past few weeks donations have been made by students to the annual Christmas project. The contributions will be used to purchase Christmas gifts for Indian students on reservations in Arizona. Seminary officers Virgil Beck, Roger Ashton, Arm and Johansen, Kaye Lind and Renee Broadhead will purchase the gifts, then wrap them for delivery.
