Simply because he has no teeth in front, on the upper level. One by one he has lost his uppers until he has room for four new ones. He was completely enjoying a plum the other day when we asked how he bit into it without any teeth in front. He showed us how he had to shift everything to the side to chew and from the looks of the plum juice on only one side of his face he was managing all right. The main thing was he enjoyed it and went back for more. Guess nature takes care of things like that but he'll be glad when she puts in a new set of choppers for him. E. B. Then somewhere along the way of preparing for this big It was a mistake holiday we purchased a bushel of peaches. but who can pass by those tempting delights once you remember how good they are come the middle of January. We could let you take a guess as to what we did during the afternoon of tabor Day. With any bit of knowledge of how peaches don't wait for time, it should be a snap to guess immediately. We were' glad to see the "holiday" come to an end!" Now that school has started and we no longer listen to the familiar cries of "what can I do" we are getting a lot of little things done. Those little things we put off during that last few weeks so we could enjoy what's left of summer with our young'uns. Once we give them over to the care of their teachers the year seems to go by so fast and before we know it they're a year older. And it's a year that we didn't live to the fullest advantage with them. We tend to slight their fun and let family activities fall behind. It hardly seems possible that we have a fourth grader in our home. Even harder to realize that we don't have onyone at home this year. They are all headed down the path of learning even though our youngest still insists he'd rather be dumb and stupid, and stay home from school. We keep hoping his attitude will change but he's pretty determined when it comes to his likes and dislikes. $20.00 $15.00 $12.50 . I t mm, ' P j Mr. and Mrs. Dennis S.
