While the air letter sheet is f n , not u new mm jr U ... .. with the post dt office, it is extremely simple to use and is really a very clever item of merchandise. The air letter sheet measures 8'a by 12 inches and is designed so that when folded on the line of scoring and the gummed edge sealed an envelope effect is produced. Some of the outstanding advantages to these air letter sheets that appeal to me are: They can be sent to all countries by air as is. No problem as to rate of postage to various countries. The postage fee is imprinted on each sheet - no stamps to buy. no additional paper is needed to make a letter. The sender may write on all parts of the sheet except the address side. A few prohibitions exist. No enclosures, and the affixing of address labels which add to the weight of the sheet is not permitted. We shall be happy to show you these air letter sheets and answer questions. 10-ce- It Is to post our American Flag every 30 feet along the street in front of the business district. There seems to be some reason to believe the resulrs of this effort will be favorable although they're not likely to materialize immediately. ' On the possibility, however, that no general hospital does come to pass, residents of the sprawling area south of 3300 South would do well to give some thought to their situation. For emergency hospitalization, they must travel to at least 2KH) South. If they're going to be confined for a w hile they must brave the crowded conditions of the city's three major hospitals which are at least 10 miles from the majorcitizens; even further for many. ity of Some doctors in the area have extremely offices. But even the best office facilities are not sufficient to' cope w ith some accidents that occur. The doctors themselves would feel much more comfortable in many instancs if the patient was in a hospital. Nobody knows when an emergency might come along bearing the elements which cannot be overcome without specialized help. When and if it docs, the life of one person is far too valuable to sacrifice because of today's complacency which 'resulted in tomorrow's inadequate facilities. This problem is not one which can be solved by an individual short of that rare millianair whose benevolence (or desire to avoid taxes) leads him to erect a y fy- - - t. y ty hospital-monume- nt to. himself. If people of this vicinity arc to obtain the type of .hospitalization they need, they'll have to do it one of two or three ways.
