The first number was a solo by Millie Nuffer of Murray, who sang an original pioneer song which was written by Mrs. Millie Pixton with the music by Mrs. Virginia Bowl-bMrs. Bowlby accompanied the soloist. A short talk about "Heart Throbs of the West," the stones of Pioneer life, was given by Leah Johns. A true pioneer story taken from Heart Throbs, was told by the guest speaker, Mrs. Fern Peterson of Granger Camp. The dosing song was a duet, "Sing Me To Sleep" by Ellen Richardson and Alice Floto.
