Said special tax is levied upon the following described real property In South Cottonwood Heights Subdivision, Murray City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, A to-w- : Both sides of Avalon Street and both sides of Kenwood Street to the full depth of all lots, plots, and parcels of land abutting on either side of said mentioned streets, said property being more particularly described aa follows: Beginning at a point that is located North 1030 feet and East 320 feet from the South quarter corner of Section 7, Township 2 So., Range 1 East Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence South 2116.88 feet; thence East 480.7 feet; thence South 25 degrees 0 minutes East 325.22 feet; thence North 75 degrees 0 minutes East 60.93 feet: thence North 25 degrees 0 minutes West 314.2 feet: thence North 64 degrees 20 minutes East 220.16 feet; thence North 29 degrees 59 minutes East 258.47 feet; thence South 83 degrees 0 minutes West 115.5 feet; thence North 372 9 feet; thence North 82 degrees 16 minutes East 75.8 feet; thence North 7 degrees 32 minutes West 774.63 feet; thence North 52 degrees 7 minutes East 97.43 feet; thence North 21 degrees 0 minutes West 330 feet; thence West 77 feet; thence North 153.8 feet; thence South 80 degrees 22 minutes West 170.36 feet; thence North 76 degrees 13 West 85.5 feet; minutes thence North 123 feet; thence West 332 feet to the point of beginning. Said special tax Is due and payable In ten equal yearly or annual installments, with the first annual Installments due and payable one year from the effective caru-ell-ed- date of said Ordinance No. 58-On the 3rd day of April, 1954. Interest at the rate of three and one-ha(3 Va ) per cent per annum on the whole amount of said tax shall be computed from th6 date the ordinance levying said t: On tax became effective, the 3rd day of April, 1953, and interest at said rate on the whole amount of said tax unpaid shall be due and payable with each installment. If any installment or the interest accrued as aforesaid be not paid on the date when the same becomes due, then the whole amount of the tax unpaid at the time said installment and interest are due shall become due and payable and will draw interest at the rate of eight '(8) per cent per annum until paid. One or more of said installments in the order in which they are payable aforesaid, or the whole tax, may be paid at any time within fifteen days after the ordinance levying the tax becomes effective, that is to say, on or before the 18th day of April, 1953. and without interest; and one or more of said installments in the order in which they are payable, or the whole tax unpaid, may be paid on the day any installment is due, by paying the amount thereof and interest to date of payment. If said tax with interest as provided be not paid whpn due, I in my capacity of City Treasurer of Murray City and collector of special taxes shall, then proceed at once to collect the same and costs, as provided by law and the ordinance.
