The trophy changes hands each court of honor until the end of the year and the troop which has the most awards and receives it the most Is allowed to keep it. Dick Wright, Murray First ward scoutmaster, and his troop No. 94 were hosts to the troops of the stake in the ward recreation hall Saturday night. Earl Thayne, Eighth ward scoutmaster and three of his committee members, Shelby West, Niel Fairbanks and Glen Burrows, received their Star awards. The most outstanding event of the evening was when his troop, the newest and smallest ward in the stake, was presented with more than 65 awards. Scoutmaster Wright chal-- 1 lenged Mr. Thayne and his troop for the trophy next Court of Honor to be held sometime in February. He agreed to have more attendance and more awards presented. This Is really a challenge as the Eighth ward group has really made a record of achievement. Scouts In Murray First ward are determined to get on the ball to support Mr. Wright's challenge.
