Barker Glass Shop n, Miss Priscilla Gipson arrived from New York City Simday morning for a visit with her mother, Mrs. Florence Gipson, and family in Liberty Gardens. Miss Gipson is doing missionary work in Greater New York City. The church building has recently received a complete paint job on its exterior. Mr. Jack Gipson doing the work. The building now presents a far more attractive appearance, both inside and out. The attendance at the Sunday School has held up well during! the entire summer, possibly exceeding records for several years. Plans are now being completed calling for increased activity in all departments., Sunday morning worship service is held at 10 a. m. and is followed by departmental sessions of the Sunday School. There is a service of song and sermon each Sunday at 7:30 p. m. The service is held at the church each Wednesday at 7:30 p. m. The church continues to have its service broadcast from KMUR each Sunday at 8:45 a. m. J. P. Payne is at present in charge of this service, which is comprised mainly of Gospel music. Little mention is ever made of sectarianism on this program.
