Last Wednesday evening a miscellaneous shower at the home of Shirley Swensen honored the bride. Games were played and refreshments were served by the hostessess, who, in addition to Miss Swensen were Carol Lester, Joyce McCleery and Jean Johnson. Kinds Funeral services were conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at 36 East 7th South for Mrs- HanieUa (Hettie) Martin, 80, 145 East 4Gth South, who died Sept. 21 in a Salt Lake convalescent hospital of causes incident to age. She was born July 21, 1869, in Sebastopol, Australia. On Dec. 3, 1902, she was married to John county. The couple moved to J. Martin in Schofield, Carbon Murray in 1903, and Mrs. Martin has resided here since. Mrs. Martin was a member of Murray Rebakah lodge. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Howard Simpson of the Murray Biptist church. Mr. Andrew Lundquist and D. Branson Brinton gave testimonials and Mr. Brinton also delivered the invocation. Among the musical offerings was a number by a mixed quartette from the Murray Baptist church composed of Mrs. Chester Lyman, Mrs. Mel-viBennion, Rev. Howard Simpson and Mrs. J- P. Payne with Mrs. J. P. Payne accompanying. Mr. Payne also read a scripture lesson, offered prayer and pronounced the benediction. The members of the Murray Rebecca Lodge conducted a parting ceremonial for Mrs. Martin and members of the Murray Eagle Aerie served as pallbearers. Survivors include two sons, Horace and Mclvin Martin, Murray; two brothers and four sisters; J.
