Farner in the hope that the people of District No. 4 may better understand and use the services offered by the district office at Provo in cooperation with the State Board of Health. The Bureau of Sanitary Enin gineering was established Utah in 1922, and is now in charge of Mr, Lynn M. Thatcher, director and chief engineer with assistant engineers and seven sanitarians.
