Re ON' THE floor and show your Murray Spirit. If there is any truth in the old saying that "competition is tho life of trade," there should be a great increase In activity in the business life of Murray. Whereas a few weeks ago there were comparatively few eggs being shipped from here, Murray has suddenly become a real distributing center for the eggs produced In Salt Lake county. There are now three very much alive grading nnd shipping stations located here. The latest comers are the Fgg Producers of Ftah, located in the warehouse of the I'tiih Woolen Mills. C. A. Ijirson, of Salt Ijike and J. M. Mlckelson. of Mldvale, are in charge of the station in Murray, and the company also have grading and shipping stations In Sprlngvllle and American Fork. Mr. Larson states that the organizah tion Is one hundred per cent men. Including tholr New York manager, Mr. W. L. Wolf. Their New York distributors are composed of a group of buyers under the firm name of Mower Bros. The Fgg Producers of I'tah, have, through nn agreement with the New York distributors arranged to handle eggs on a smaller margin than has ever before leen attempted, according to Mr. Larson, this advantage enabling them to pass on to the local poultry men this saving. The object of the firm is to give the poultry rancher the best possible prices and something Idefi-nit- e to depend upon. On this basis they exjxi't to build up a big volume of business. If, because of high quality of the shipments, the New York distributors are able to get more than the regular price, this increase will Is returned to the ismltrymen, Mr. fjirson says.
