April 1st to attend the 13th Annual Republican Women's Conference, according to Mrs. Madeline B. Wirthlin, Utah Republican National Committee-woman- . "I have been very enthused by the number of Utah Republican women from all over the state who have indicated to me a desire to attenu the meeting," said Mrs. Wirthlin. "I have noted that the women of the state feel very strongly a responsibility to see that they are counted in on the efforts of the Republican Party to gain ground In the coming elections," she said. The nationa' Republican Women's Conference will be held in the Sheraton-Par- k Hotel in Washington D.C, April 1, 2 & 3, 1965. The conference is expected to attract over 2,000 women including representatives from all the 50 states. The Utah Chairman for the event, Mrs. Miles P. Romney of Salt Lake City, has encouraged Utah Republican women to use this con- ference as an opportunity to get inspiration for the work to be done in Utah.
