It's provided at the request of the civilian personel office to keep employees informed on how to self nominate for current job openings. The most important thing civilian employees should know from this story is there is a new system implemented and a PIN is needed to interact with the computer. If you have any questions, concerns or need additional information call Hill's Civilian Personnel Division at Ext. Personal Identification Number employees inform Through the personnel office that they want to be considered for a particular vacancy. In order to use the AFPC Employment Homepage or Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) Job Line to or conduct other transactions, employees will be asked to enter a personal identification number. The same PIN can be used to access the STAIRS and BEST systems. Employees who haven't established a PIN may do so e or via IVRS. The same PIN can be used for the Employment Website and IVRS systems. Creating the PIN, USERID and password After accessing the AFTC Employment Web site, www.afpc.randolph.af.milresweb, the system will require you to establish your or user account.
