He born was September 7, in 1923, (Matt) k Mur d oc was a veteran of World War II serving in the women's Coast Guard. She moved to Seattle, Washington, and later to Hayward, California, and recently to Lehi. Survived by her dear friend and companion, Mrs. Frances Lee of Lehi; 1 brother, Kenneth (Nina) Judd of Lancaster, California; 1 sister, Lovina (Thomas) Gardiner of Riverton, Utah; and many nieces and Frances Judd, age 80, died November 18, 1999, in Lehi, Utah. She was born June 20, in 1919, Oakley, to Idaho, Eugene Frances Pearl Adams (Laura) Vance, West Judd. John Qtfincy Etta and May Vance. Jordan; and Kenneth L ffm a n (Ilene) Vance, 81 Sandy; Married Vera Oleen and grand Gladden one 28, 1942, in the Mesa, Arizona LDS Temple. She died July 28, 1997. He was a temple worker in the Mt. Timpanogos LDS Temple, had a mission call in the Bishop's Storehouse, and rendered much service. He loved to talk to people and always had a wave for everyone. He loved gardening, flowers, and was a great woodworker. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, and neighMay brother, George Erttle Vance; and two sisters, Edith Ellen Johnson, and Ines Mae Marlow. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; a daughter, Donna Lousie; and sisters, Minnie Marie Snyder, Gladys Ina Mae Vearl Doughty, Hartley, Norma De Lee Gladden; brothers, Eugene Vernal Vance, Oran Orval Vance, and Nathaniel Vance. She was born Sept. 9, 1918 in Lehi, Utah, daughter of Asa J. and Julia Pearl Bone Harold Peay, Layton; sister-in-la- Clark. Married Harold Fenn, May 15, 1947 in Ely, Nevada. Bertha was a homemaker and a member of the LDS Church where she served as Secretary in the Primary. She loved sewing and handiwork. Survived by her husband, Harold of Lehi; - two sons, Randy (Valerie) Fenn and . . Helen Clark, She Lehi. was preceded in death by a son, Jerry David Fenn, brothers, Eldon and Harold Clark, sisters, Eulala Peay ard Alta P. Clark. Calvin's loves included flower and vegetable gardening, furniture making, and rug weaving. The most important things in his life were his family, church, and friends. His kind and gentle manor and keen sense of humor will be missed by all that knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Karl Warnick Swenson; and a granddaughter, Melissa Sue Peterson. He is survived by his loving devoted wife, Ila, and six children; Stephen (Ann) Swenson, Lehi; Judith (Stephen) Burningham, Orem; Launa (John) Reese, Highland; Connie (Hal) Allen, Orem; Lane (Janet) Swenson, Pleasant Grove; and Shauna (Blake) Peterson, Coalville; thirty-fiv- e grandchildren; and twenty-nin- e He is survived by a brother, Richard Swenson; two sisters, Adena Nell (George) Gourley and Leah Jeanne (Paul) Christofferson. Calvin Helge Swenson, age 82 of Lehi, Utah, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and uncle, ' V . friend, passed away Nov. 18, 1999, at Utah - Wednesday, November 24, 1999 - Page Valley Regional Medical Center. Calvin was born Dec. 3, 1916, in Pleasant Grove, Utah, to Helge Vincent Swenson and Adena Warnick Swenson. He married Da Schow in the Salt Lake Temple on Aug. 18, 1939. They recently celbrated their 60th wedding anniversary. He was a devoted member of the LDS Church. He served missions to Norway and with his sweetheart, to Atlanta, Georgia. He served as a counselor in the Provo temple Presidency. He was Mission Stake a Bishop, Councilor, President, High Temple Sealer, and he held numerous other callings. He graduated from Pleasant Grove High School and Brigham Young University. Calvin was President, CEO, and Director of the State Bank of Lehi. He was Executive Vice President and Director of Deseret Bank. He was a past President of the Utah Bankers Association and served on the Executive Counsel of the n. Verda was a seamtress and in had lived Highland, Bingham, Magna, Bluffdale, Salt Lake City, and Lehi. She was a member of the LDS Church and served in the Relief Society, choir, MIA. and was a stake missionary. Kenneth was a scale car operator for Geneva Steel for 32 years retiring in 1979. He was a veteran of the Army serving in World War II.
