When the idea for a pumpkin festival came up, Nick Berg of Eagle Mountain donated the Properties to the Arts pumpkins Council. "We were going to do some landscaping and decided to do a community garden. Admission is free and tickets are available for 25 cents apiece. Activities will require two tickets or less. Proceeds will benefit the Arts Council and other community organizations.
