The announcement by District Chairman Bill Huhnke last week came as no surprise to Lehi High School band director Kaye Collins, who describes Lowrey's alto saxophone performance as "just out of this world" with the "most amazing tone." Lowrey began playing the saxophone during fifth grade in Michigan. She moved with her family to Lehi last September, where she has been an active member of the high school band and theater programs. Natalie's free time is spent sewing, cooking, reading, playing piano, and hanging out and having a good time with friends. She also works part time at the Lehi Public Library.
