Pastor Jeffrey will begin his ministry at Tree oflife Lutheran Church on March 7, at which time he will conduct his first worship service and distribution of the Holy Sacraments. The Tree of Life congregation is currently meeting each Sunday in the Provo Women's Council facility at 310 W. 500 North, Provo. Worship service begins at 9:30 a.m., after which there is an informal social time with beverages and treats. Sunday School classes begin at 10:45 a.m. Pastor Jeffrey and his family are from the San Francisco area, where he served as Pastor of St Matthew Lutheran Church in Walnut Creek for the past five years. He completed his graduate work at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary. He holds a Master of Divinity degree.
