Show Free Press - Wednesday, July 12, 1995 - Page 8 'Mormon Miracle Pageant9 ends Saturday Cameron Faddis earns Eagle Scout award By KALYN SECRETAN The Mormon Miracle Pageant is underway in Manti. The trumpet sounded from the Manti Temple spires to open the annual pageant presentation last week. The event will continue nightly until July 15. The pageant takes place on the grassy lawn of the temple grounds where once a corn field stood. The spectaular event begins each evening about 9 p.m. but visitors are encouraged to arrive early Cameron Faddis received his Eagle Scout Award in a special Eagle Court of Honor held on July 2. Cameron is the son of Mack and Susan Faddis of Lehi. For his Eagle service project, Cameron had a brick wall and roof built around the cornerstone of the Lehi Tabernacle, now in front of the Lehi Utah State Center, to protect it from the weather Cameron loves the outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing and camping. He will be in the tenth grade at Lehi High School this fall. He plans to continue in scouting to earn his palms.
