Pinafore" Oct. 13, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, 22 and 24 at 7:30 p.m. in the American Fork Junior High Auditorium., Tickets prices are adults $4, senior citizens, students and children $3, and family $15. Tickets can be purchased are available at the American Fork Fitness Center and "ma4l-- " UGSC Brownie Troop 996 The second annual investiture and rededication ceremony for the Utah Girl Scout Council's Brownie Troop 996 will be held at 7 PM at the Lehi Library. There will also be flying up to Jr. Girl Scouts. Lehi Jr. High activities A fall choir concert will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Prostate cancer survivors support group A support group for survivors of prostate cancer will be held today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the fifth floor classroom of the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, 1034 N. 500 West, Provo. Lehi Planning Commission The Lehi City Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. in the Lehi City Public Works Office, 99 West Main, Suite 100, for its monthly meeting. at the door on the night of each performance. Dancing Friends The Dancing Friends ballroom dance group will meet tonight at 8:45 p.m. in the Eldred Center, 270 W. 500 North, Provo. The group meets monthly through April for a night of dancing. Tonight is a "Bring Your Own CD" night. Dance instruction in West CoastSwing will be given from 8 to 8:45 p.m . Couples of all ages are welcome. No smoking or drinking allowed. Cathy Jolley, who is also acting as music director, has artistically and musically directed several musicals from Payson to American Fork. She was best director from the Utah Valley Theater Guild for "Camelot" and best musical director for "Cinderella," "Saturday's Warrior," and"Quilters."She teaches at Mountain Ridge Jr. High in Highland where she resides with her husband Doug. She has five children. Kim I. Brewster, doubling as director, completed his bachelor's and master's degrees at Brigham Young University in theater. He has taught for over 30 years and has been named teacher of the year at four different institutions. Kim is married to Carol, and they have eight children whom have all been active in theater around Utah Valley. Rod Sheets recently moved to American Fork from California where he began his theater career. He performed in several musicals in the Los Angeles area and received awards from his peers in the industry. Nicole Wride recently graduated with high honors from American Fork High where she was involved in choir and drama. She was seen in Auditions The Lehi Arts Council will hold auditions for its performing group, "Bridges" from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Lehi LibrarySr. Citizen complex, 120 N. Center. Persons auditioningshouldcome prepared with 24 measures of an upbeat song; an accompanist will be provided. Everyone will do clod readings from scripts and will learn a dance number during the audition.
