Howard and Charlynn Anderson, received his Arrow of Light at Cedar Valley Ward on Dec. 15. In addition to earning Cub Scout-ing'- s highest award, Stephen re- ceived the Webelos 20'er Award for earning all of the 20 possible activ- ity badges. Cub Scouting's motto, "Do Your Best," has really motivated Stephen in everything from his straight-report card to his participation in A football, basketball and baseball. He has also earned his Faith in God and Gospel in Action awards. Stephen is a fifth grade student at Cedar Valley Elementary.
