Ronald and Sally R. Taggart, was awarded a four year academic scholarship to Stephens College in Columbia, Mo. Taggart, who attended Mountain View High School in Orem, was one of 34 finalists in the Stephens College Honors Scholarship Competition held on the Stephens campus in February.
