He was born Aug. 17, 1952 in American Fork, to Davis J. and Neicell Kolstad Devey. He Alpine, married Jan Adamson. numbers Musical included "God Painted a Picture," a double trio Joan by Healey, Margene Marsh, Rea Carlton, Marilyn Bessie Turner, Rasmussen and June Beck, and a vocal solo by Niles Halley, who sang, "You Light Up My Life." Both were accompanied by Afton Healey. Marion Forte offered the invocation. Casket bearers were Kerry J. D. Darren Devey, Devey, Terry Jones, Mike Craig Turner, Jerold Forte, Willis, Edward Forte and Kelly Healey. Honorary casket bearers were Davis B. Devey, Ryan 0. Devey, Dane M. Devey, Cody M. Jones ands Marlin Devey. Burial was at the Alpine City Cemetery, where the grave site was dedicated by Don Devey. . Howell. They later divorced. He married Teresa Ann Forte Feb. 22, 1983 in Alpine.
