BE IT ORDAINED BY CITY THE COUNCIL OF LEHI CITY: SECTION I: EM- PLOYEE PERS- ONNEL SYSTEM. of the Ordinance Lehi City Code adopted November S, 1975 is 46-7- 5 hereby repealed replaced by this dinance. and or- 2: SECTION POLICY GENERAL PROCEDURE AND DIVISIONS. There is hereby created and established a body to be designated as "Lehi City Power Advisory Board" which shall be composed of seven members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council as members shall serve for of three years and may be removed by the Mayor and City Council only for cause, after a public hearing with the provisions that the first appointment of two members shall be for a term of three years, that the first appointment of two members shall be for a term of two years and occur ing vacancies through expiration of terms of appointment, advice and consent of the City Council.
