The 16th Century French tapestry is a Renaissance treasure and one of six panels on the theme of love linked with chastity. The set was probably made as a wedding gift for Claude Le Viste, about 1513. The original is now hanging at the Cluny Museum, Paris, France. One of the newest favorites at Utah Pageant of the Arts is the charming mural paintings "Market Children of Mexico," by artist Alejandra Raugel Hidalgo. The series of four paintings is simplified and stylized, featuring "Going to Market," "Little Flower Vendor," "Little Bird Vendor," and "Little Fruit Vendor." They present a charming commentary on contemporary Mexican life, representing the quality and distinction of Mexican mural painting.
