UTAH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City Council of the City of Lehi, Utah, of its adoption of a resolution on April 4th, 1978 declaring its intention to create therein LEHI SPECIAL DISIMPROVEMENT to TRICT No. 1978-1- , curb, gutter, sidewalk, and otherwise improve certain streets and parts thereof therein, and to pay a portion of the cost thereof by the levy and collection of special taxes and assessments upon assessable property therein;- - and the City intends to levy such tax for the purpose of paying said portion of the cost, to create said District, and to make said im- provements described in a general way, together with the streets and parts thereof in said District so to be improved as follows: CURB AND GUTTER AND SIDEWALK 1. The special taxes and assessments may be paid by the abutting property owners in the full amount thereof without interest within 15 days after the levy of the tax or if not paid within said period, then the same shall be paid in equal annual installments with interest thereon on the unpaid balance at the rate of seven percent (7 percent) per annum until due, and thereafter at the rate of ten percent (10 percent) per annum until paid; defaults on the payment of any such in- stallment or interest when due causing the whole of the unpaid principal or interest to become due and payable immediately. Said resolution is on file in the office of the City Recorder together with plats, plans and profiles of the improvements to be made, and all persons interested are hereby referred to the same for further information in regard to said improvements and said local Improvement District.
