Show If Qarrn Public Notices ORDINANCE NATIONAL Section ELECTRICAL CODE ADOPTED. of the Revised Section Ordinances of Lehi City (1965) is amended as follows: All electrical wiring installation or installation of electrical fixtures, apparatus or appliances for the purpose of furnishing light, heat or power introduced into or placed in or upon any building or structure in Lehi City, shall be in conformity with the National Electrical Code (1975 edition) as adopted by the National Fire Protection Association. Three copies of said code have been and are now on file in the Office of the City Recorder of Lehi City and said code is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of Lehi City. 1. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. All former ordinances or parts thereof conflicting or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance or of the code hereby adopted are hereby repealed. The Lehi City Council hereby declares that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this ordinance or of the code hereby adopted be declared for any reason to be invalid, it is the intent of the Lehi City Council that it would have passed all other portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid. 2. DATE OF EFFECT. It is the feeling of the City Council that an emergency ex- ists and that for immediate preservation of the safety and general welfare of the City of Lehi and its inhabitants that the ordinance should take effect upon its passage and publication. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a tasty pioneer supper prepared under the direction of Dona Robinson and Venola Bone. Mary Price talents of the young people in the First Ward will be on display this evening when the Young Artist Music Festival is held. The occasion will begin at 7:30 in the First Ward Chapel with Ann Bushman in charge. The Ward choir will furnish several selections with Eva Carson and Mar- ilyn as accompanists. The Youth Chorus under the baton of Frank Stevens will also present several numbers. Their accompanist is Marilyn Nielsen. A Primary Boys Chorus will debut with Lillian Beal conducting. Others on the program are Heather Carson piano solo, Leo Hadfield cornet solo; piano solo by Genevieve Peterson and vocal solo by Larry Jones. There will be a number by a double quartet featuring the voices of Cheryl Tuckett, Marna Berry, Susan Tippetts, Wanda Findlay, Melvin Anderson, Terry Rymer, Robert Tippetts Gary Findlay. A male quartet comprised of Bishop Don Nielsen, Merrill Carson, Blaine Carson and Boyd Rasmussen will sing. They will be accompanied Eva Carson. Donna Lynn Nielsen and Mary Bushman will play a piano duet and a french horn solo will be played by James Nielsen; a violin solo will be presented by Susan Reck; Eva Carson and Marilyn Nielsen will present a piano and lead the group in singing some of the songs that gave our pioneer ancestors courage to face the hardships encountered in crossing the plains.
