Show James C. Christensen Couple Honored at Wedding Reception Following March 5 Marriage Rites Miss Dalene Strong became the new Mrs. Steven M. Ray in an impressive wedding ceremony held at the home of Bishop Le- ' land G. Price in Lehi on Friday, 5. officiated March Bishop Price at the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Strong of American Fork. Parents of the bride-grooare Mr. and Mrs. Max Ray of Lehi, who hosted the wedding dinner for the bridal party following the marriage, at their home. Later the same evening the newlywed couple were honored at a wedding reception in the American Fork First Ward Church. To greet her guests the bride chose an all lace gown designed with a sweetheart neckline, embellished with daisies with pearl centers. A chapel train daintily edged and a pearl beaded tiara releasing a bridal veil of sheer illusion completed her ensemble. GIRLS-Assist- Dance Workshop Includes Lehi Girls Joyce Roberts, choregrapher for the "Fun Machine," "PZazz '68," and the Lido Show at the Stardust Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, will be guest consultant at a special dance workshop to be conducted at Southern Utah State College March 13, it was announced by Mrs. LaVeve Whet ten, director of dance at the college. Dancers from Ricks College, Weber State College, Utah State University, and Brigham Young University will be in attendance at the workshop, which begins at 9 a.m. in the SUSC dance studio in the physical education building. At least 30 dancers from SUSC will also participate, according to Mrs. Whetten. Miss Roberts began dancing at an early age in her parents school in Springfield, Mo. and joined their teaching staff while still in school. Mrs. Kent Rodeback was seated at the guest registry. Beautiful organ music was played throughout the evening by Brian Jones. Following a short honeymoon the couple will be at home in Sacramento, California where the groom will be continuing his schooling at the American River College.
