Christofferson in ceremonies performed Wednesday, June 17, 1970, in the Salt Lake L.D.S. Temple, with Elder LeGrande L. Richards officiating. After the vows were spoken, the newlyweds were honored at a wedding dinner at the Chuck O' Rama, by the parents of the bridegroom, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Christofferson. The couple was further honored the next evening, June 18, at the Lehi Stake Center. Hosts were the brides parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dee Orlo Brems. The bride greeted guests in a floor-lenggown of delustered satin with overy of silk organ- za. The sleeves were billowed into fully sheer organza and were caught at the wrists with fitted lace cuffs. The Veed over-la- y was fashioned of embroidered Alicon Lace with tiny buttons down the front. The long round trane was set off by the veil of illusion which was the same length, and set off with lace. She carried a bouquet of cascading white orchids. Receiving will be from 8 to 10 p.m., and friends and relatives have been invited to greet the newlyweds prior to their departure to California for a brief honeymoon. Miss Haynes is a graduate of East High School in Salt Lake City and has been a student at the BYU for the past three years, where she has studied Child Development and Family Relations. She is also a graduate of the LDS Seminary in connection with .her high school activities. Mr. Bishop (Danny) is a graduate of the Lehi High School and LDS Seminary. He, too, has been attending classes on the Y Campus with a major study in Manufacturing Technology. He completed a two year mission in California and while there, became interested in working with the deaf, learning the communicative language these people use and since his return to Utah, has interpreted for Tom Cook and others, as well as assisting in the special L.D.S. Branch of the Church for deaf members in Provo. Because of his keenin-tere- st in this type of work, he has become involved in various ways in Provo and Salt Lake City, as an interpreter and further missionary work. Special guests at the wedding reception and standing in the line were both of the bride's and groom's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold C. Brems and Mr. and Mrs. Nyron Fowler. Today he's a product metallurgist in the process control and improvement department in Kennecott's Salt Lake City office. On his way up, Paul took advantage of our summer job opportunities given to university students who show promise in skills related to Kennecott operations. Summer of '64 he was a Kennecott public relations trainee. In '66 Paul spent another summer with us as an industrial engineer trainee. June 2, 1969, nearing completion of his requirements for a Ph.
