It would encourage purchase of building lots for new homes within the city limits, where utilities are already available, and thus increase revenues for the city. Although some cases were i cited where the expense may work somewhat of a hardship on some individual property owners, the chamber eyed the propoint of ject from an over-a- ll view, and agreed that if Lehl Is to be competitive in attracting new industry and residences it must be progressive and look to the future for sound growth and expansion. Following the discussion and approval of the board to support the new curb, gutter and sidewalk project, Mr. Leany introduced Richard J.
