Barnes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Barnes of American Fork. The announcement is made by Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Jones of Lehl, parents of the prospective bride. Miss Jones is a graduate of the Lehi High School and LDS Seminary. She was secretary, treasurer of the Thespian Club, was in the Pep Club for three years, a member of the Girls Athletic Association and also of the A capeOa chorus. She was employed at Julian's Drag Store for several years, making many frienos in that capacity. She com- - plated a beauty course at the College in Salt Lake City, and was employed there and later at Belva's Salon in American Fork. For the past three and a half years, she has been employed by the Beneficial Insurance Company in Salt Lake City. Mr. Barnes graduated from American Fork High School, where he was active in various athletics. Mr. Miller died of cancer, Sunday, June 27 at Tucson, Arlsona, where he had been taken by plane two weeks previously. Mr. Miller and his family had lived in Arizona before coming to Lehi. He had been a rodeo cowboy and a horse shoer by trade, and had assisted In the operation of a Junk yard and in hauling operations in LehL He was a member of the LDS Church. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Pearl Miller, and four sons, Michael, Jay, Greg, and Brett; his parents, Mr. andMrs. Johnny Miller of Tucson, and several brothers and sisters, located in Arizona and California.
