Trane has returned borne after serving for two years In the British Mis- sion. Friends and relatives are Invited to Join with ward members in attendance. Elder Trane, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Trane, served under Mission President Marlon D. Hanks. He was located at Mltchum, Surrey; Beckenham, Kent; Letchworth, Herts, and Jllllngham, Kent. During his mission he held the positions of, Traveling Elder, Presiding Elder, Supervising Elder and Assistant to the President. He reports extensive growth In the church In England. The trip overseas was taken by plane and the return to New York was made aboard the ocean liner, "S. S. America. Elder Trane was one of a group of seven to tour Europe for two and a half weeks, Including the principal cities of Belguim, Holland, Germany, Italy, France, Austria and Switzerland. Interesting slides and souvenirs were secured. A day was spent in New York and two days in Washington, D. C, where the body of General was viewed and funeral services attended. With Elder Trane was a fellow missionary, Elder James K. Johnson of California, who visited for several days at the Trane home here. ; Kenneth plans to continue his stadias at Brtgham flfoung University, in September, In his Sophomore year, following a , major in business.
