VENICE The Richfield Reaper 26, 1959 Page Former County Resident Dies At Provo Home Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Floy Sorensen Moody, 60, former Sevier County resident, were held Tuesday in the Berg Mortuary chapel, Provo. Mrs. Moody died Saturday at her home of a heart ail p t ment She was born June 20, 189? in Aurora, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Parley P. Sorensen. She was married to Edgar Rollo Moody, Sept. 12, 1920 in the Manti LOS Temple. In 1951 the couple moved to Salt Lake City. Mrs. Moody was a licensed practical nurse. At one time she served as deputy Sevier County Clerk when her brother, Wallace Sorensen was serving as clerk. Survivors include her husband, four sons and four dau ghters: Paul R., Palmdale, y Calif.; Howard J., Sandy; B., Robert B., both Provo; Mrs. Victory (Madge) Da vies, Orem; Mrs. Cravens (Doreen) Wanlass, Woodland Hills, Calif; Mrs. Ceral (Marilyn) Meacham, Twin Falls. Ida.; Mrs. Timothy W. (Floy) Hartley, Centerville; 12 grandchildren; two brothers, one sister, Wallace A., Richfield Cline and Mrs. Lora Day, if yt iSa 1 Glenda Fisher, left and Eleanor Muntising have just arrived in Richfield to serve as Christian Education workers with the Navaho students and Richfield Community Church. They will serve here until June. Two members of the Pres byterian Church, serving in Bretheren Volunteer Service have arrived in Richfield and are serving in the Richfield Community Presbyterian Chu rch and working with the Navaho students at the Rich field dormitory. They are Glenda Fisher, Orlando, Fla. and Eleanor Roanoke, Va. The pair just completed . nine weeks training at the Bretheren Service Center in New Windsor, Md. along with 40 other volunteers. Bishop Wayne D. Campbell conducted the services. Enoch Larsen offered the prayer at the mortuary. Prelude and postlude music was played by Juanita Ogden. Prayers were offered by Owen Ogden and Bryant Young. Speakers who spoke of the life of Mr. Hancock were Kenneth Muir and John L. Sevy. Music was played by Sam Chidester and a mixed quartet composed of Mr. and Mrs. Verl Ogden and Mr. and Mrs. Phil Jorgensen. Burial was in the Panguitch City Cemetery under the direction of the Neal S.
