Mrs. Jacob is a graduate of Lehi High School and the LDS Seminary- A member of the Pep Club and the senior high band color guard, she was also a cheerleader in her junior year. She was the F.F.A. Sweetheart this year and also attendant to the Lehi National Guard queen. She has been a member of the high school traveling assembly as well as serving on the scool paper. Whim- f i ohi anH Mr William (Rill) Jacob, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Jacob of Salt Lake City, were honored the evening of July 2 at a reception held in the Lehi Fourth Ward chapeL The yoOng couple exchanged wedding vows on June 13, at the home of the bridegroom's parents with Bishop Dean Collett of Salt Lake City officiating. At the reception, the new Mr. and Mrs. Jacob greeted their guests, standing before a floral arrangement of pink gladiolus, green ferns and white pillars. The lovely bride donned a model of white nylon tulle over bridal satin, skirt fashioned with a embroidered in tiny satin flowers centered with pearls. The fitted bodice featured long pointice sleeves and a tiny lace collar beaded in seed pearls. Her fingertip length veil of sheerest illusion was caught to a scalloped shell of nylon lace and seed pearls. Her bridal bouquet was an arrangement of an orchid surrounded by stephanotis enhanced with white streamers. Bridal attendants were Miss Sherilyn Russon, maid of honor; Miss Kaye Webb, Mrs. Dorthea Thayn, Miss Delia Steadman, Miss Edith Beal, Miss Darlene Norris Miss Donna and Rasmussen, bridesmaids. Little Miss Elaine Whimpey was the junior bridesmaid. The attendants were frock-e- d alike in models of embroidered linen, made with full skirtss. Round necklines and cap sleeves were details of the bodice. Miss Russon chose pink, as did the junior bridesmaid; the bridesmaids were in pale green.
