Emphasize Better Show to be a lucky year for the Lehi Civic Improvement Association, as they revamped their show and hired a new producer, Del Haslam of the Western Rodeo Company. The annual Lehi Roundup was cut from four to three nights, as directors of the Improvement Association put the emphasis on providing a better, faster-movin- g show. Turner of Lehi, Utah, has recently been assigned to Company "D" of the 127th Airborne Engineer Battalion now stationed at Fort Campbell, The year 1955 will come to a close Saturday with the Utah National Guard in a new high national standing. According to the latest report from the National Guard Bureau in the Pentagon, the Utah Army Guard now stands in fifth place in the nation with 74.6 percent of its authorized strength. An earlier report issued in September, however, showed Utah as 12th place with 65.9 percent. The gain was n made possible through a increase during the one-da- y "Operation Safeguard" recruiting drive Oct. 8. The same report showed the Utah Air Guard in second place with 92 per cent of authorized strength, an increase from third place in the September announcement.
